​Speed/Agility/Strength

Many young athletes are exposed to rigorous training schedules with large team activities, year-round development opportunities, and unfortunately, too early sport-specialization.
Under these demands, adequate guidance is insufficient due to coach-to-athlete ratios being too high.
These developing athletes are facing an epidemic in ACL injuries, Tommy John Surgeries, and rotator cuff repairs.

We are dedicated to providing these young adults with the tools necessary to combat the demands of summer travel leagues, JV, or Varsity athletics ​programs.
None of these athletes should receive anything less than full attention, which is why we've developed our program to be capped at 5 athletes per coach.

Leadership Skills

Every leader has been coached-- and every leader continues to coach. We want to establish a precedent that our athletes are expected to be bigger than themselves, be team players, and to expect that life will offer challenges they should be prepared for.
​The first step is to be coached, to make substantial progress through hard work, and to accept failures as stepping-stones to the places they want to go.
